The hauntingly beautiful trees tempt you for a walk through
The Floral Clock feature has made Queen Victoria Gardens famous; however, as you venture further into the gardens you are greeted with ornamental ponds, monuments, numerous flower beds, sculptures and many peaceful and romantic spots to relax.
Sitting across from St Kilda Road from the Arts Centre Melbourne, is this peaceful triangle of 4.8 hectares of land, with towering palm trees, sweeping lawns, amazing rose gardens, and of course the floral clock which is comprised of over seven thousand plants!
The garden is also notable for the array of sculptors and monuments around the gardens and is Melbourne's memorial to Queen Victoria.
It makes a delightful walk through the manicured flower beds, as you absorb in the scenery and also the tranquillity of the gardens. It is the perfect spot to sit back and relax as you watch the day flow on.
