*Acrylic and gel nails are long lasting. They are more resistant to breaks than natural nails and longer lasting. Acrylic nails have been around for a long time which means that nail technicians are more familiar with applying and removing these nails, so hopefully cause less damage to the natural nail bed.
*Sometimes the only way to prevent nail biting is to cover up the nail itself. Most women who have daily struggles with nail biting, will find that because of the acrylic nails' durability and hardness, they are more difficult to chew or bite.
*My hands are always in water, the end result being that my nails are either too soft and tear easily, or dry and brittle, causing chipping and breaks - either way, acrylic or gel nails help with preventing painful breaks and (as long as the length is reasonable) give me the confidence to be more adventurous with activities, without fear of breaking or splitting a nail. There's nothing worse than breaking a nail!
*If you can find yourself a good nail technician, acrylic and/or gel nails can be very natural looking, closely mimicking the look of natural nails and Queen Nails Spa & Beauty achieve this very successfully.
