Meditation practitioner Sian Ellett is hosting a special guided meditation session in the convenient location of St Michael's Wellbeing Studio in the Melbourne CBD.

A one-hour session will be held on Tuesday 22nd and Wednesday 23rd September, from 5.15pm.

All are welcome to participate in these sessions, including those who never attempted meditation previously.

During the session, Sian will show you how to discover the quiet energy of your body and the world around you through guided awareness.

In addition to the guided mediation, participants will also be able to ask Sian questions and discuss their experience.

Sian is a writer, orator and meditation practitioner specialising in health, wellbeing, meditation and personal development. Come along to her next sessions at St Michael's Wellbeing Studio and discover how you can improve your overall health and wellbeing with regular meditation.
