The Queensland Choir returns to Brisbane's Old Museum to present Carl Orff's powerfully exciting twentieth-century choral classic, Carmina Burana.
This special live music event will be held on Friday 24 September 2021, 7.30 pm. Tickets are strictly limited and are now on sale.
Carmina Burana was inspired by medieval poems ranging from the sublime to the downright bawdy and the Queensland Choir will perform Carl Orff's favourite version, with the accompaniment of two pianos and percussion.
Conducted by Kevin Power, soloists will be Leanne Kenneally-Warnock (soprano), Leon Warnock (Baritone) and Ron Morris (CounterTenor), with pianists Catherine Lynagh and Alex Raineri.
Don't miss The Queensland Choir's performance of Carmina Burana. Tickets are priced from $15 to $45 with concessions available. To make a booking, please visit https://qldchoir.com/concerts/carmina-burana-2021.
