Jeffrey Chand explains the exercises that he will lead you through in each video clip on YouTube. Try out short exercise routines while taking a break from working or studying at home, with routines such as Qi Gong for Back Pain, or Qi Gong for Neck Tension, or for the time-poor try the 7 Minute Qi Gong Invigorating Routine for Beginners. For a slightly longer beginner's routine of about 11 minutes try out Simple Beginner Qi Gong. Look for Qi Gong routines for your specific needs, such as Qi Gong for Anxiety and Chest Tightness, or Qi Gong for Stress, Anxiety and Energy. Of course, if you have a bit more time you might want to check out Jeff's special Immuni Qi Routine, for your immune system, lungs, respiratory system, and general healthy resilience. There is even a dedicated Sitting Qi Gong routine which might suit seniors who are not so good on their feet. So, your excuses for inactivity are over! Gentle Qi Gong exercises are an easy way to get your muscles and circulation moving! This is an easy way to increase your activity even while indoors and even while home alone. No special equipment or clothing required. All exercises can be adjusted to accommodate any mobility restrictions you might have. As you are, you're ready to start!
