Book lovers step up!
QBD Books are having a
grand opening for their new store at Bayside, in the
Bayside Shopping Centre, 28 Beach St, Frankston, and you're all invited. it may be the company's first new store in 2023, but it's the 86th in its national network. The official unveiling will be on
Saturday 1 April 2023 at 10am. The store launch will be attended by Paul Edbrooke MP, State member for Frankston, and Cr Nathan Conroy, Mayor of Frankston, as well as three renowned Melbourne crime fiction authors - JP Pomare (Call Me Evie, In the Clearing, The Last Guests), Christian White (The Nowhere Child, The Wife and The Widow, Wild Place), and Kerryn Mayne (Lenny Marks Gets Away With Murder).
The three authors will be giving talks and conducting book signings on the day, with their books available to purchase, as well as an interesting selection of other books from a wide range of genres. Throughout the opening event, QBD Books Bayside will also be offering several product and voucher giveaways, as well as gift bags for 50 lucky customers. The new store will carry QBD's extensive collection of best-selling and discounted products, including the iconic Australian Geographic range.
