Saturday 26th of July, 2014, the Put Your Heart Into It ladies invite you to enjoy a leisurely day learning a range of creative new crafts.
Put Your Heart Into It is the brainchild of Anna D'Amelio, the founder of the successful natural skincare range Miod Skincare, and Laura Issell, the founder of Interior Hunter, an Interior and Event Styling business.
With their innovative Put Your Heart Into It workshop programme, Anna and Laura aim to spread a positive message about offering handmade gifts from the heart, instead of going out and buying something that is cheaply manufactured and will most likely end up as waste.
This upcoming workshop presents a wonderful opportunity to learn how to create beautiful clay necklaces, quirky gift and label tags to decorate presents and food jars and your very own felt kids toys by designing and sewing up different shapes.
These workshops also encourage students to reuse items that are readily available in the home so it is a great way to learn about how to become more sustainable, as well as creative.
Throughout the day the Put Your Heart Into It team will be on hand to guide you and share their knowledge.
All are welcome to attend this workshop which is held in a fun, relaxed and encouraging atmosphere. Plus you can continue making these craft projects at home to sell, give to friends and family as personalised gifts or make just for fun.
As a group, you'll also be invited to enjoy a selection of cheeses and antipasto treats for afternoon tea.
It's a wonderful way to meet new people and take some time out for yourself!
The participation fee is $95 and all the materials are supplied and you get to take home everything you make. The workshop will be held at Urbanlife Cafe, 143 Maroondah Hwy Ringwood from 1pm to 4pm.
