Upon arrival, I was immediately captivated by the hotel's grandeur and attention to detail. Having booked a Superior King room with specific requests for early check-in and a bath, I was initially still determining if my expectations would be met. However, the hotel surpassed all my doubts and provided an experience that exceeded my wildest dreams.

In Australia, a 2 PM check-in is the industry standard, but the staff at Pullman Hotel went above and beyond. They graciously offered me the option of an earlier check-in for a nominal fee, showcasing their commitment to exceptional service. Although I declined the offer, I marvelled at their willingness to accommodate their guests' needs. While my request for a room with a bath had not been confirmed before my arrival, I soon discovered a delightful surprise—an upgrade to a Premium Deluxe King boasting a king-size bed and, most importantly, a luxurious bath. The allure of a soothing soak and the promise of a delightful coffee experience sealed the deal for me. Room 1011 if you are wondering which one has these great facilities and views.

Upon entering the hotel, I was warmly welcomed by the attentive concierge and valet, who effortlessly took care of the check-in process and swiftly transported my bags to my room. As the on-site parking fees were a little steep for my liking, I opted to park my car at a nearby friend's place and enjoyed a pleasant walk back to the hotel, taking in the surroundings. Everything really is within walking distance from this hotel.



Stepping into my room 1011, I was immediately enchanted by its elegance and meticulous design. Spanning a generous 32 square meters, it featured lavish amenities such as a 50-inch TV, a well-stocked mini-bar, a refreshing shower, slippers, and bathrobes. The desk provided a comfortable workspace, and the plush bedding promised a restful night's sleep. The CO Bigelow bathroom amenities showcased the hotel's attention to detail, including full-sized bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash, and moisturiser. Additionally, the bathroom boasts a full-sized hairdryer, not a small tiny one that takes ages for your hair to dry or smells like it will catch on fire lol. With high-speed internet, blackout facilities, and all the necessary security features, my comfort and convenience were prioritised, and I enjoyed every moment of it.


As I peered out the window, the breathtaking views of Hindmarsh Square on that beautiful autumn day took my breath away. The room's free WiFi let me stay connected, while the soundproofed environment ensured a peaceful and restful stay. The hotel's commitment to creating a serene atmosphere was truly commendable.



The only disappointment was that my time at the hotel felt too short!—I simply didn't want to leave.Your text goes here I relished every moment, indulging in the hotel's facilities, such as the serene indoor pool, rejuvenating steam room, and tranquil spa. I made sure to experience them both in the evening and the following day before my departure at 11 AM. The daily cocktail specials during the social hour from 5 PM to 7 PM at the bar intrigued me, adding an extra layer of excitement to my stay. Luckily, I had the foresight to include the breakfast option in my reservation, a decision that proved to be genuinely excellent.





The breakfast experience at Pullman Hotel was a gastronomic delight. The dining area, overlooking Hindmarsh Square, provided a picturesque setting amidst the vibrant colours of autumn trees and falling leaves. The breakfast spread surpassed my expectations, offering various options for different dietary preferences. Every bite was a culinary masterpiece, from the delectable chia seed pudding with coconut milk and yogurt to a wide selection of fresh fruits and invigorating fruit juice blends. The complimentary brewed cafe-style coffees and herbal teas added extra sophistication to the overall experience.



One of Pullman Hotel's notable advantages is its prime location. Situated close to Rundle Mall and Rundle Street, guests have effortless access to the vibrant pulse of Adelaide. Whether exploring the city during the day or indulging in the nightlife, the hotel's location makes it a convenient starting point for any adventure.

In closing, my stay at Pullman Hotel in Adelaide was nothing short of magical. From the moment I arrived until the time of my departure, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of luxury and enchantment.
