Eggs Benedict is a staple on pretty much any breakfast menu, so it's not too surprising it makes its appearance at Public.

Toasted muffins topped with leg ham, hollandaise sauce, and two poached eggs. The eggs are still gooey, but a little over cooked for some. Flavour wise everything works just as it should, if you did want a little extra throw on some spinach or some house cured salmon.

It's a simple dish that rarely disappoints.
