The Best Pub Crawl in Surry Hills/Darlinghurst.

One of my best friends and I love to try out different bars in Sydney and organise a quiet bar crawl through different parts of Sydney every few months when we get the urge.

Last Saturday afternoon was our latest adventure.

4pm: The Carrington @ 563 Bourke Street.

Great tapas, nice wine selection, nice quiet vibe on a Saturday arvo.

5pm: The Shady Pines Saloon @ 4/256 Crown Street Darlinghurst.

First time here I was very impressed. It has a great selection of drinks, serving of nuts brought to your table and great service. I will definitely be back.

7pm: The Commons @ 32 Burton Street Darlinghurst.

Just round the corner and across the road from Pocket Bar, it has a nice little outdoor garden with heaters, good wine selection by the glass. Didn't get to try Pocket Bar, so can't comment next time for sure.

8pm: The Red Door - Foveaux @ 1/65-67 Foveaux Street Surry Hills.

Great cocktails, excellent bar food, some gluten free options, great service really friendly staff, highly recommend. P.S. I have also heard the restaurant upstairs is excellent, so looking forward to trying that out sometime too.
