I love a meal that uses Australian Native Ingredients. I also don't mind a little bit of fine dining. P.S. Bar & Kitchen fits the bill for both of these loves of mine.

I'll start with the service. The service is impeccable, no matter what time of day. You can always get a space for one. If you are going with more than two people though, I would recommend booking. It is well situated to have dinner or lunch here, followed by a show.

I have yet to have a main meal here but I'm planning on grabbing a couple of friends to enjoy their Tuesday Night Degustation. It is advertised for a really good price.

If you like Cauliflower, order the side of Cauliflower! The serving was ginormous. The oozy cheese and bechamel sauce makes it a winner for me.

I have also had the Beef Tartare with Quandong. I have never eaten Quandong before (although I have eaten various other native Australian ingredients). If you are new to Quandong and like quality meat, this is the dish for you. Give it a try.


I also tasted the Chocolate Tart with Macadamias. Well, I love chocolate and I love macadamias, so this was also a 'winner winner chicken dinner'.


So if you are wanting to try Meat and Specialty ingredients endemic to the Victorian and Tasmania, this is your place. The menu showcases local seafood, local meat and uniquely Australian ingredients. P.S. celebrates native Australian ingredients and matches it with impeccable service.

A total winner for me.
