Providore is a gorgeous new cafe, deli and restaurant located in the stunning Marina Mirage, on the Gold Coast.
It combines a deli-counter that sells over the counter salads, sandwiches and snacks plus a fully licensed cafe restaurant as well as a local produce mini market, selling all kinds of fresh food and drinks.
Open daily from 7 am to 6 pm for breakfast, snacks and lunch - there is a delicious food menu offering a healthy range of foods, plus hot and cold drinks all at reasonable prices.
Breakfast menu includes fruit salad ($11.5), pancakes ($14), eggs benedict ($16), omelette ($14), and bacon and eggs ($12).
Lunch menu includes thai chicken salad ($19), steak sandwich ($19), risotto ($22), fish ($20), steak ($28), and braised pork belly ($24).
Coffees are $3.90 for a cup and $4 for a mug and smoothies and juice at $7, plus wines from $7 to $9 a glass.
Plus, they have recently launched a shared dinner menu, which runs from 6pm Thursday to Sunday.
Inside, all the elements complement each other perfectly, the decor and modern simplistic style is a great addition to marina mirage.
One of my favourite aspects was a great little corner area with comfy seats and cushions and loads of papers - an excellent place to sit and relax and watch the world go buy, with a great coffee.
The deli and market has loads of local produce, food, snacks and the restaurant food is just lovely. I had the soup of the day which was chicken, potato and thai spices with crusty bread - yum.
Located in Marina Mirage (ground floor) on Seaworld Drive close to Main Beach, the exclusive shopping centre is open from 10am to 6pm daily. It's set along a beautiful marina with many restaurants and cafes set against the water. It's truly a lovely place to visit and one of my favourite spots on the Gold Coast.
The 750 bus to Seaworld stops at Marina Mirage - and runs till late - if you want to leave the car and have a few drinks.
Well worth a special trip or to make a day of it, and have breakfast, lunch or dinner before or after shopping.
