The Prosecco Festival is a showcase of the best Prosecco available in Australia, meet the growers, winemakers and importers and taste some of the best Prosecco.
With over 40 different Proseccos to try, there's one to suit every palate. Festival-goers can indulge from the likes of

The Prosecco Festival will be packed with Prosecco-pairing foods including traditional Neapolitan pizza from award-winning 400 Gradi, authentic pasta, bite-sized arancini from Arancini Art, gelato with one especially created with Prosecco from
Zero Gradi,
Yes Porketta, cheese from
That's Amore!, prosecco salami from
The Meat Room, Prosecco-flavoured cannoli from
Eat Cannoli and other surprises will be at the ready. Vegans and gluten-free Prosecco lovers will also be catered for. Food and wine exhibitors are still being finalised so some changes may occur to the lineup.
Two session times are available either 11.00am to 3.00pm or 4.00pm to 8.00pm. All tickets include a Plumm crystal tasting glass and tote bag for take-home wine purchases. For the true devotees craving more, VIP tickets are available for each session. This golden ticket will get you a 45 minute Masterclass with festival founder Melissa Brauer AKA Prosecco Queen - along with access to the VIP balcony with grazing table.
