Specialty coffee & more in Doncaster East
If you love your coffee, make a beeline for 'Property of Little One', a new specialty coffee shop in Doncaster East

Located opposite Beverly Hill Primary on Rosella Street, 'Property of Little One' serves high-quality and seasonal origins as well as filter brews, such as cold drip, pour over and batch brew. You can opt for your usual latte or long black, but if you are after something a little different - try the refreshing 'Signature' (cold brew, lime, tonic water & ice) - it's the perfect summer drink!

There's also a selection of fine tea, plus ice chocolate, iced coffee, milkshakes, smoothies and chai latte.

But it's not just 'Property of Little One's dedication to coffee that is drawing the locals in - it is their wonderful menu of cafe classics with a twist.

The beautifully presented dishes are made with the finest seasonal ingredients and range from the traditional bircher muesli, eggs benedict and zucchini & corn fritters to more exotic fare such as scrambled eggs spiked with fresh chilli and spring onions, the popular crispy duck bao - a steamed bun with crispy skin duck, pickled cucumber, spring onion mayo and coriander served with homemade BBQ sauce, and slow-cooked pork and tangy slaw.

If you want a truly indulgent dish - there's the 'Ultimate Little One' with tender wagyu beef, cheese, tomato, crisp lettuce, sweet mayo and chips.

For those with a sweet tooth, make sure to leave room for 'Waffle-Rama' - a wonderful concoction of Belgian waffles, salted caramel mascarpone, toasted macadamias, fresh berries and maple syrup!

The small cafe has a cosy and quiet environment - it's perfect for a quick breakfast before work, friends enjoying a leisurely lunch and families looking a friendly, casual atmosphere.

The cafe also offers wheelchair access, easy parking and al fresco dining for those balmy afternoons in Melbourne.

Open 7 days a week, Property of Little One is a must for those who love a good cup of coffee and an exciting, seasonal menu of cafe classics and then some!

Check out the official website and Facebook for all the latest menu creations and specials.
