An exhibition celebrating celebrities
PROMO: Portraits From Prime Time Exhibition is currently being held at the Portrait Gallery until 9 June.

This exhibition offers an insight into behind-the-scenes of photographic portraits who work with the stars of Australian comedians, musicians, presenters and actors.

Some of the subjects include Asher Keddie (Offspring), Stephen Curry (The Time of Our Lives), Essie Davis (Miss Fisher's Murder Mysteries), comedians Hamish Blake and Rebel Wilson.

The works feature can be from a big publicity shoot or captured moments on set during filming.

Exhibiting alongside this year's National Photographic Portrait Prize. The exhibition features eight photographers with diverse styles, specialities and career paths. Works from Peter Brew-Bevan, Martin Philbey, John Tsiavis, Ben King, Giovanni Lovisetto, Abigail Varney, Michelle Day and Julian Kingma.
