For all gin lovers, this event if for you!

Project Botanicals, by Bombay Sapphire, is a pop-up gin bar. The event pairs ten botanically inspired Bombay Sapphire cocktails with ten matching tapas style dishes, created by chef Gary Mehigan.

Each pairing pays tribute to one of the botanicals found in Bombay Sapphire gin, including juniper berries from Tuscany, coriander seeds from Morocco, liquorice from China, bitter almonds from Spain and cassia bark from Indo-China.

Tickets are $35 per person (plus booking fee), which includes two cocktails and two matched tapas dishes, and a night of entertainment with guest DJs. With tempting options such as Coriander Chinese Lantern cocktail paired with Vietnamese Rolls with Yellowfin Tuna; and Liquorice Hanky Panky cocktail paired with Liquorice Grilled Quail, you will want to book in for more than one night. Check the full mouth watering menu pairings here.

Project Botanicals will open from Wednesdays to Saturdays 6pm-1am, November 19th to December 6th 2014, at 64 Sutton Street, North Melbourne. Book in quick!
