Project Botanicals Pop-Up Bar is returning to Melbourne after a sold-out success of 2014. The pop-up bar will pair well-crafted gin cocktails, mixed by some of Melbourne's best bartenders, with tapas-style dishes created by MasterChef judge Gary Mehigan.

This year's menu at Project Botanicals will pay tribute to each of the hand-selected botanicals found in Bombay Sapphire gin, including juniper berries from Tuscany, coriander seeds from Morocco, liquorice from grassy plains of China, bitter almonds from Spain and cassia bark from Indo-China.

Tickets are $45 plus booking fee which includes two cocktails and two paired dishes. Further cocktails and dishes can be purchased at the event for $12 each. Each ticket is for a set seating session of 2 hours. To enjoy the night make sure you arrive on time and guests can stick around and enjoy some cheeky cocktails afterwards.

Project Botanicals is a shared dining experience. There might not be guarantees you will have your own table.

The Pop-Up Bar will run from the 24th of June 11th of July 2015 Wednesday to Saturday nights at 64 Sutton St, North Melbourne so be sure to book your tickets here.
