Primavera Espresso Bar is another new cafe at Sydney's Birkenhead Point shopping centre at Drummoyne. I have not tried their coffee as yet, however I was feeling a bit peckish at the time and went for one of their almond friands. Oh my goodness, the flavour just hit my taste buds making way for a tasty yet filling snack.

The almonds aren't too sweet, yet they have a smooth texture in your mouth, and the smoothness of the actual friand sponge; it literally just melts in your mouth with a smooth texture and not an overly strong aftertaste.

The staff appear to be highly experienced cafe operators, the service is really quick, to the point that my friand was bagged up and ready for me to take away before I even got the chance to take my money out.

The red chairs bring a brightness to the centre, and everything appears to be well organised, so no doubt the owners would have their systems in place here. Definitely an establishment worth coming back to next time.
