opened their doors to Brisbane last Thursday, 6 June, setting the mark as Brisbane's first completely Paleolithic approved kitchen using only 'caveman' style ingredients.

[ADVERT]In case you have been living under a 'rock' for the past five years paleo is not a fad diet, it's a healthy way of life for many, using only wholesome foods such as meat, eggs, fish, fruit, vegetables, nuts/seeds and oils. prove this with their tasty yet nutritional menu.

After only being open for a few days, the was alive and ready to go. Set in the heart of Newstead, only walking distance to the river and ferry stop and with limited parking in the area - look for a spot in the back streets or arrange to get public transport.

offers hearty food that's actually good for you. The atmosphere comes off casual, friendly and private, with a wide choice of food options on the menu, suitable for everyone. I couldn't resist the cinnamon pancakes, and others got the pulled pork and pina colada smoothie.

The food was tasty and beautifully presented, however our only wish was that there was more on the plate. My pancakes filled me up nicely, however the pulled pork could have gone a bit further.

It excites me to see a cafe that is 100% gluten free with many vegetarian options. is certainly raising the bar in Brisbane when it comes to healthy and nutritional choices that are still gourmet and tasty for breakfast, lunch and take away, and I expect it to be 'the local' choice for many.
