Coinciding with the Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras festival, Din Tai Fung, located in Emporium Melbourne, is celebrating the festivities with their very own version of rainbow coloured noodles. The Pride Noods come in a choice of two dishes, Spicy Pride Noodles served with steaming hot Chicken & Mushroom dumplings, or Vegetarian and Seafood dumpling options are also available. In your choice of Spicy Sauce or Soup!

We opted for the Spicy Sauce Pride Noodles. It had a perfect dense texture containing no eggs and an explosion flavour extravaganza!

To end this colourful feast, after all, our dessert came out just as we ordered. Taro ice-cream, Sesame seed ice cream and Oozy Golden lava mochi balls. I was impressed by their speedy service and super friendly staff!
