Near the Scottsdale Waterfront, a perfect breakfast spot awaits at . The bright airy interior and bistro-style patio provides a cheerful atmosphere to start your day. Their ingredients are locally sourced and the food is beautiful and tasty.

The friendly hostess led us to our table on the patio. It was a warm morning but the patio was completely shaded and comfortable. The tables are spaced well to feel cosy but private. The waitress brought us a couple of glass bottles of cold water. The menu includes the usual coffee and juices and an array of fifteen types of tea. The jasmine sunset green tea was delightful. They also offer nine varieties of mimosa, including the Prickly Pear and the Madras with mango, desert pear and orange.

The food menu encompasses many interesting combinations of tastes. The Prep Omelette has goat cheese, spinach, pesto, tomatoes and avocado with a side of potatoes. The omelette was delicious and the potatoes were perfectly cooked with crispy outsides. My husband ordered the Sweet Breakfast Bowl with acai yogurt, granola, banana, berries, peanut butter, roasted nuts and shaved coconut and ate every savory bite.

For anyone looking for lunch, the menu includes some appealing sounding sandwiches. Stop by on your way out at the coffee counter for pastries that are works of art. It is difficult to choose between the pumpkin cinnamon roll, blueberry pie croissant, strawberry rhubarb donut, and more.
