5/5 Stars
"Anthony Lane in 'Premonition" running at Her Majesty's Theatre from July 15th-16th at 7:30pm. Anthony Lane isn't a psychic, he doesn't claim that he can read the future, however what he can do is just as amazing. Lane is a mentalist. He influences the mind using perception and manipulation to put ideas in his audiences' head before they've even realised what's happening. His technique is flawless and effortless magic that creates unbelievable situations.

During his show he has objects around the stage that look like nothing, but they influence the entire show. When you walk in, look for the locked box on the left hand corner of the stage and the two whiteboards full of letters. These are crucial elements of the show and although they look like nothing, it will all make sense by the end.

His mind-reading ability is incredible, during the show he asks members of the audience to write down questions or secrets they would like answered and without looking at the piece of paper he can answer the question or share the secret and pin-point which audience member wrote it down. Out of all the pieces of paper one secret was chosen 'Will i get caught?' he didn't identify this person as they were asking about cheating on their partner who it seemed was at the show, but he did say yes, you should stop now before things get worst.

Another asked if they should buy a new phone, one asked their cousin's name and another their birthday. These are all things that he couldn't have possibly known, but got them all correct. One audience member stepped onto the stage and re-created a seance using a ouija board. He also didn't know the name of the person the audience member was trying to contact, but ended up spelling their name on the board.

His mind-trickery is incredible and leaves you wondering how it's even possible. Lane has an amazing talent that h'es chosen to share with the residents of Adelaide. A must see show, 5/5 Stars.
