Check the website (there's also a Facebook page) to get your hands on a host of fitness freebies and offers to entice you to stay active throughout April. You just need to commit to 30 minutes of physical activity each day in April to improve your health and wellbeing.

There's a brand new app for participants to log progress online and you can even collect rewards to display in your Virtual Trophy Cabinet and prizes as you reach certain milestones for the number of days you have completed at least 30 minutes of activity. Sounds like a win-win.
