This savoury tart recipe is incredibly simple and is completed in two easy steps. It makes for a great canapé at a dinner party with family and friends and could even be part of a Christmas meal. Ingredients:
200g cooked and peeled prawns, tails removed
1/4 cup aioli seafood dipping sauce
48g packet cocktail tarts
1 freshly squeezed lime
1 tsp chilli flakes
Method:
1. Arrange tart shells on a serving platter. Mix the lime juice and aioli together. Spoon the aioli mixture in the base of each tart shell and place 3 prawns in each.
2. Drizzle with aioli sauce and sprinkle chilli flakes, to taste.
