Get physical in a positive environment
Prana Athletica is a holistic health and wellness gym situated on Grange Road in Welland. Headed by the dream team which consists of owners, brother and sister duo Jye and Coco Lombardi, and head trainers Claire Hammond and Michaela Klimatsakis, its motto is "One Love" and is based on kindness, acceptance and inclusiveness.

The environment is an incredibly relaxed and supportive one that will help you achieve your fitness goals. No day is the same at Prana, with plenty of different classes such as airfit (cardio), crosscore (core), kickboxing (core and muscular endurance), lift (strength and muscular endurance) and hatha yoga (flexibility and wellness) to keep you active and engaged. All classes have a designated instructor who will guide you throughout the session.
For those of you struggling with motivation staff provide meal and exercise plans as part of challenges which take place throughout the year. Thanks to the guidance and enormous support from the trainers and members, I was lucky enough last year to finish in the top ten of one challenge, and was awarded a pair of fully sick boxing gloves.
Killer core session: A military style crosscore session
So if you're stuck in a rut and want to try something different, I highly recommend to you the Prana Athletica Gym. It'll be the best investment into your fitness you'll ever make and you won't meet a friendlier community. Hop on board!
