Pork knuckle doesn't sound like the most appetising thing to eat, but if you've tried it you'll understand why it is so popular. There is so much tasty meat to pick off, and that delicious skin makes it even better.

The pork knuckle serving at Prague is pretty big, so bring along your appetite. It goes great with a glass of Czech beer that they have on tap.
