Creating active, healthy kids and young people
Due to our busier, sedentary lifestyles and growing dependence on technology, our children are not getting the recommended amount of exercise and physical activity needed for their growth and development.

Helping change this worrying trend is Power to Move, a fun and interactive fitness program dedicated to inspiring children and teens to move every day.

The innovative team at Power to Move believe we all have the right to good health and better nutrition to live our best life. By embracing regular exercise and physical activity, your child will keep their heart and lungs strong and healthy, develop strong bones, lower their risk of several diseases and health problems, and improve their mood and self-esteem!

Power to Move offer an exciting range of fitness programs for children aged 5 and above.
