Climate Change has always been a hot topic, especially in our day in age, so if you're a young person who feels passionate about it and want to have your say, then is an event for you.

This forum will include various key note speakers, such as Dick Smith, Dr. Karl and Kumi Naidoo, who will be sharing their thoughts on climate change and what solutions this generation can offer to solve Australia's problem of emissions. Held over a three day period, there will be plenty of time to voice your opinion, chat with the keynote speakers and meet other like-minded individuals. For those who have been campaigning for years or who are new to the whole topic, this is a great opportunity to do be inspired and also inspire others.

Power Shift is an annual event that is powered by the Australian Youth Climate Coalition (AYCC). To be part of this movement, attend and 'continue the transformation.'

So what happens at ? Well, the first day kicks off with addresses by Dick Smith and the organisers of AYCC, and thereafter workshops and panels will be held for the remainder of the forum. Topics include such issues as the impacts of climate change, climate solutions and how to win campaigns. There will be time for a bit more of a relaxed 'session' amongst the various workshops and panels, with a social event and even a Power Shift concert. There will also be a question and answer time for many of the speakers, and a closing reflection once the forum has finished its three day course.
