This amazing place is so much more than a lavender farm. Located on the D'Aguliar highway before you reach Kingaroy, this farm is sadly only open on the weekends.

All the usual suspects that are made out of lavender are there, plus some you would never imagine - lavender wine anyone? Lavender scones! And now as a sign of the times, there is lavender hand sanitiser for sale. Now that is a good choice.

However, there is also an amazing array of very tasteful items all beautifully displayed. Home decorator goods right through to patchwork quilts, antiques and plants. I was very impressed with the amount of items and quite overwhelmed as I tried to look at them all.

The delightful outdoor area is a treat. Beautifully displayed garden ornaments with flowering pot plants, wee tables and chairs where you can sit and admire the surroundings or enjoy some goodies from their kitchen.

Be sure to wander over to the lavender farm which is alongside the highway. There you can pick 50 stems of lavender for $6.95. A bargain. Enough to make yourself a lavender bag. Or hung upside down, it will last for ages.

They have an online store too if you are unable to check it out. There is plenty of off-road parking and it is easily accessed by people with disabilities, though I think it would be quite a challenge to maneuver a wheelchair inside.
