Potters Hunter Valley is a hotel, brewery and resort located on Wine Country Drive at Nukalba. It is situated on the site of
historic brickworks and some of the beehive shaped kilns remain. People on day trips from Sydney and Newcastle often stop here for lunch when visiting the wineries.

Brickworks Brasserie and Bar is a large welcoming space for visitors and resort guests. There is indoor and outdoor dining as well as a kids playground and the atmosphere is casual and relaxed. The
menu offers a range of popular bistro dishes, some gluten free and vegetarian options. There is a daily specials board, the servings are generous and the staff are friendly and efficient. A range of signature beers is produced in the adjacent
Hunter Beer Co micro-brewery.

Accommodation is available with sixty eight comfortable rooms, suites and villas with
leisure facilities such as tennis courts and pools. The eleven acre site is a popular choice for
functions such as conferences and weddings and is very busy on weekends.
