If you are looking for a special place to wind down and get away from everything and everyone, head to Port Willunga beach and allow your body, mind and soul to recharge.



Located approximately a 45 minute drive from Adelaide City, Port Willunga is one of Adelaide's most popular southern beaches. Known for the remnants of the old jetty, golden cliffs, ship wrecks, white sandy beaches and crystal clear waters, this place is the perfect spot to escape the daily routine and allow your mind to wander. The ocean usually has calm straight waves, making it a super pleasant beach walk and a relatively quiet place.



The beach is easily accessible by a low incline ramp from the main car park. The cliff side is walkable through the foot path running parallel and the views from the top of the car park are both impressive and calming.

You can find toilet and shower facilities at the main car park as well as the very popular Star of Greece restaurant (named after a nearby shipwreck), where you can enjoy a delicious meal with endless ocean, coastal and sometimes (if the tide is low enough) shipwreck views.
