This year's Port Bouvard Carols celebrates and shares the immeasurable love of Jesus!
Held on Sunday 16th December 2018 from 5pm onwards, Port Bouvard Carols 2018 is an open air-event held on the lawns between Batavia Avenue and Crowsnest Terrace. Entry is FREE and during the afternoon, families can enjoy a stellar line-up of live entertainment, interactive activities and joyful community carols.
In this vibrant and welcoming atmosphere, there will be plenty on offer for the young and young at heart. The little ones will love singing and dancing in the toddler jam shows, riding on the tractor train or jumping on the bouncy castle. Even the teens have a dedicated area to chill out and hang with their mates!
As the sun sets, find a spot on the lawns and lay down a picnic rug or lawn chairs. Against the backdrop of lush grassy slopes, you can enjoy your own gourmet picnic or check out one or more of the gourmet local food trucks on offer. There will be a wide variety of food options available to suit all dietary requirements and foodies.
As the night sky begins to twinkle, the main event will commence with the sweet, joyful voices of the A Flatters (Falcon Primary School Choir). Get ready to sing along to all your favourite carols including Silent Night, Joy to the World, O Holy Night and the newest carol O Glorious Night.
With sunny days expected, hundreds of people are expected to come together and enjoy the Christmas story retold at Port Bouvard Carols.
Port Bouvard Carols promises to be an unmissable family day out and best of all, entry is FREE! For more information on what's on, event program, song lyrics and maps, please visit the Port Bouvard Carols Facebook page. We hope to see you there!
