Corn is a great snack you can serve anytime of the day to your children. Popping corn can be used in a variety of ways to create a savoury or sweet snack that doesn't contain preservatives. These idea's are quick, easy and inexpensive. The kids will love it.
Preparation time 5 minutes (serves 4)
2 Tablespoons of olive oil cup of Riviana popping corn Health Rite Veggie Salt for taste
1. Heat olive oil in a medium sized saucepan on a low heat.
2. Add the popping corn when the oil starts to bubble.
3. Put a lid on the saucepan and shake saucepan on the heat, moving it around until the corn has popped.
4. Serve hot and add vegie salt for desired taste.
