Temasek and National Arts Council present their first-ever strategic partnership, Pop-Up Noise: The Great Singapore Replay. The festival aims to bring together people across generations through the rediscovery of 'made-in-Singapore' music, whilst providing a platform that inspires young creative talents to contribute to the local music heritage.
To propel the appreciation and awareness of Singapore's English contemporary music scene to a new level, members of the public are invited to vote for their favourite classic hits from a curated list of 25 popular tunes from the 1960s to 2000s. The Top 10 Songs will be re-made by ten pairs of emerging and established musical talents working together to give each chosen song a fresh spin.
Come catch the performances by 10 emerging and established artists at 9.15pm when the 10 reimagined Singapore Classic Hits will be performed live for the first time!
