Tune in to the environment at an art exhibition in Pomona
Delve into the inner soul of the landscape and the surrounding environment as the Pomona Railway Station Gallery proudly presents artist Noreen Flood's latest solo exhibition: Connection-Environment & Humanities.
Abstracts and contemporary expressionistic works reflect the Sunshine Coast ecology through mostly mixed medium on canvas. By studying the region the artist is able to convey the "feelings" of the landscape through her work. Influenced by Cezanne, presenting features of the landscape in an intensified form allows what the artist sensed during the time of the work to be shared with the audience.
The official exhibition opening will take place at 12noon Saturday 29th June. Everyone is invited.
The exhibition runs for four weeks and during this time Noreen will be in attendance on Saturdays between 10am to 12noon. Visitors are welcome to stop by for a cup of tea or coffee and have a chat with Noreen.
The exhibition will be held in the Carriage Room at Pomona Railway Station Art Gallery and runs until 25th July. For all enquiries please contact: firstname.lastname@example.org
