On Saturday 1 June 2019, Fabik (Old Woollen Mill) at Lobethal will be hosting a Pome Market dedicated to all things related to apples and pears. This event is part of the 2019 Pome Fest, a series of events happening from 31 May to 1 June to celebrate the end of the apple and pear harvest in the Adelaide Hills. The word "pome" is a Middle English term for fruit.
