Dr Barry Blundell APM, a retired South Australian Police officer with over 42 years' service, including 30 years as a detective, will present the history of a daring robbery at Ocean Steamers Road, Port Adelaide on the afternoon of Thursday, 23 January 1902. This was one of the fascinating chapters of our history.
The retired Detective Senior Sargent will give you insight into this significant crime, completed with fascinating historical images, and a tour of the old lock-up behind this greatest payroll robbery in South Australia's history.
