Hawaii has finally arrived at the Queen Victoria Summer Night Market, bringing Hawaiian Ruben (pulled pork, cabbage, pickles, and cheese) sandwiches, but best of all, poke (pronounced poh-keh) bowls and sashimi doughnuts to satisfy your tastebuds!

What's a poke bowl? Originating from Hawaii, with Japanese influence, this healthy salad in a bowl, consists of raw sashimi grade fish (tuna or salmon), marinated and seasoned, served with warm rice and a variety of raw and pickled vegetables.

Healthy, low fat, and decidedly delicious, it's no wonder these poke bowls sell out fast; so make sure to head to the Night Market early so you don't miss out!

If you're not a fan of raw fish, at Poke Doke, you can choose tofu, cooked tuna, salmon or chicken poke bowls too. All cooked fresh on the BBQ.

The Queen Victoria Summer Night Market is open on Wednesdays, 5pm-10pm, until April 11th. With over 60 international street food stalls, multiple bars, artisan fashion and homewares traders, and live bands to entertain you, this is sure to be to be your midweek hang out.
