Fresh & Best Poke Bowl Salad in West Sydney

Sydney's hottest food trend can be found this Spring and Summer at Poke Bros Cabramatta and their recently opened Parramatta location.

Poke Bros. was founded by a group of friends who shared a deep love of food and authentic Japanese/Hawaiian cuisine.

Poke Bros. started out only at weekend markets and stalls at events. After many food markets, their bowls became widely popular among Sydneysiders. Their first store in bustling Cabramatta was launched in November 2017 and offered a tantalising celebration of Hawaii's much-loved poke bowl.

Their poke bowls bring the freshest seasonal ingredients together with classic Eastern flavourings and a modern twist. It's healthy, nutritious and flavoursome and you can even create your very own poke bowl experience. Not soon after, their Parramatta store (under an 8-minute walk from Westfields) had opened its doors in August 2018 after such huge interest.

Poke Bros' signature dish is the premium salmon poke bowl. You can enjoy salmon upon delicate layers of soft miso sushi rice, tangy seaweed salad and creamy avocado slices. The dish is completed with roasted sesame seeds, bursts of tobiko (flying fish roe), fresh cucumber, pickled cabbage and fried onions. It's an absolute taste sensation that's perfect for a hearty and healthy lunch or dinner!

Other varieties you can select from include tuna, prawn, spicy chicken and tofu. Complementing your dish is a selection of authentic sauces, including Japanese Kewpie mayo, Sriracha Mayo (for those who like it with a bit of a kick), Wasabi Mayo, Aurore Sauce and many more favourites.

Dessert comes in the form of refreshing Mochi ice cream balls and Madame Yuzu ice cream (which is sure to be favourite this summer). If you would rather a savoury treat - make sure to order the Spam Musubi or finish your Poke Bros. experience with a homemade ice tea or specially imported can and bottled drink!

You can dine or takeaway at either of these cosy Poke Bros. locations - so grab your mates and enjoy the Inner West's best poke bowls for lunch or dinner!
