Such a stunning spot right on the border of QLD and NSW. During these stressful times, Point Danger is an excellent choice for some relaxing downtime. The carpark is high up on the cliffs. A short walk away is a wide grassed area, perfect for just hanging out, picnics or watching the sunrise. During whale-watching time, you will not do much better than stand on the cliff to watch them pass by.

Point Danger

During the current stressful times, a visit to Point Danger can be a huge benefit along with the sunshine. It's a favourite surfing beach too, so you get the added benefit of watching the surfers too.

Cafe DBar

Across the road, there is an excellent restaurant where you can view artwork along with the scenery. Perfect for cold windy days. It's licensed too with an excellent menu. They also have an outdoor servery and eating area if you do not feel comfortable going inside.

The spectacular North, South, East and West is hard to miss. It cleverly doubles up as a communications tower.

If you are in the area or just passing by, take the time to visit. You will not be disappointed.
