is a Korean BBQ restaurant hidden away in a warehouse along Eliza St in the centre of Adelaide City. The Plus 82 restaurant family also includes Plus 82 Pocha and MiMi . Gogi is all about the food sharing experience - cooking together and eating various side dishes that are sure to delight your appetite.

You'll know you're at the right place once you spot the large street art on the front of the warehouse. Parking is limited on Eliza Street, but Light Square is close by which has more parking options. There is also a Secure Parking two streets away on Tatham St.

Inside, you're greeted with a ceiling of beautiful Korean parasols and modern decor. The large Soju sign on the barrel is a nod to a popular Korean alcohol you can try with your meal.

The whole place has 15 tables, each table has its own dedicated barbecue plate. Due to the open space of the warehouse, there was no need for big noisy extraction fans, unlike other Korean BBQ restaurants.

Once seated you'll be given a menu which explains all about the experience and your menu options. For example, "Gogi" actually means "Meat" in Korean.

The team at Gogi recommend ordering a set menu to share. The most popular set is Set B which has a combo of Beef Brisket, Marinated Beef Ribs and Spicy Pork for the meat, a set of side dishes such as pickled radish, kimchi, salads and a dessert.

We loved trying the more traditional drinks with our meal such as the Sikhye Rice Punch and Bong Bong Grape Drink. Like in the names, both drinks have rice and grapes in them that add a fascinating texture to the drink. Both are very refreshing and go well with the spicy dishes and sauces in our meal.

For those wanting an alcoholic beverage, ask the staff for their special (and ultra-fun) Soju Bombs! A Soju Bomb is a mix of Korean beer such as Cass and a shot of Soju. If you're ordering for the table, expect a show at the bar as they skilfully spray your drinks together to mix them.

Once you've ordered your set menu and drinks, it's time to head up to the sauces bar. Follow the instructions, and pop together the sauces that will be used to dip everything from your meat or your sides to give them some flavour combinations that take your meal to the next level. Our favourite was the combination of soy sauce and mustard. Paired with the thin beef brisket strips and lettuce, we think it tastes like a cheeseburger.

One of the more entertaining dishes is Shake Shake Rice. It contains a chef special recipe Korean fried rice topped with a soft egg. Here's where the fun starts - you can pop in some meat pieces or pickles, then push on the lid and start shaking everything together. You'll end up with a delectable mix of the rice and meat fused together with the egg yolk.

The Set B along with one or two side dishes is more than enough for two people. We recommend bringing a couple of friends and sharing as a table of four, as the whole experience is so entertaining - it's more than just dinner.

One of the stand out dishes for us was the cold noodles known as Naeng-myun. This was great for offsetting the hot and spicy food, and it was light and tasty so you can eat a lot without getting full too quickly.

Between the generous serving sizes and interactive dining experience, we thoroughly recommend for your next dinner date. We especially love the thoughtful touches like hair ties and phone covers to avoid getting anything dirty.

Our one recommendation? Come with an empty stomach.
