The laughter of children and music will be ringing through the streets of Playford as Munno Para Shopping City proudly heralds in the start of traditional Christmas festivities with the annual Playford Christmas Pageant on Saturday, 25th November.


Make sure to get your street side position early as the parade of more than 40 floats starts at 9.30am from the corner of Anderson Walk and Queen Street, along Warooka Drive, Smithfield, then proceeding to the Munno Para Shopping Centre for loads of free Christmas celebrations and opportunities to snap happy family memories of your own to last a lifetime.

Free activities start from 10.30am including face painting, glitter tattoos, twisted balloons and prizes to be won with the Mix 102.3 Street Crew from 11am until 2pm.


When the Pageant is over, there's still plenty to do on your way home at the John McVeity Centre on Peachey Road, where there will be free entertainment for all the family including
a variety of market stalls, face painters, bouncing castles and games.

Definitely something for everyone on the 25th November to commence the countdown to Christmas.
