Play School's Big Jazz Adventure

Jazz in a music genre that's built on music experimentation and play. Each instrument has its own role to be part of a band and produce and unique sound. Sometimes it works and it's wonderful and sometimes it doesn't. That's okay, it's all about learning and growing. That's what jazz is all about.

What better way to introduce your children to jazz than at a show with some of their favourite Play School characters? And I'm sure many adults will remember these characters fondly from their own childhood - Big Ted, Jemima and Humpty!

They will use a variety of games, stories and music to bring jazz to life for you and your children.

Play School's Big Jazz Adventure is part of the Melbourne International Jazz Festival and will feature a trio of professional jazz musicians. There are two shows on Saturday at the Melbourne Town Hall.

The first show is at 10am and the second is at 12pm.

This is suitable for 2-5 year olds.
