Children will just love any adventure involving chocolate or lollies.
You can sit up the far end of the carriage on authentic railway seating and view all the chocolates, antique lighting and polished floor boards. Choose from a range of hand made chocolates of all flavors and shapes you can imagine, taste test a truffle or maybe purchase some gourmet powdered cocoa or a traditional gob-stopper lolly.

Combine this with the self guided walking tour, The Samford Valley Heritage Trail and you're in for a great day out in the country, not so far from Brisbane city centre.
