When stuck in the hustle and bustle of city life or even just the day to day job, it's proven that a getaway to take a moment is best when surrounded by nature. Founders Bayden & Charlotte wholeheartedly believe this and so PLANT was formed - to reconnect with the natural world when you're a little far away.

PLANT by Packwood creates dreamy artisan landscapes for those who daydream about a city escape and the peace of nature, but can't just throw it all away to live amongst it (isn't that the dream though?).

PLANT has been running as an online store (delivering within Melbourne), a regular at the Rose Street Market and marketing their beautiful landscapes big and small through their impressive Instagram with nearly 30,000 followers. Now they are excited to announce their brand new store opening where PLANT all began.

Their greenhouse is located at 60 Rose Street in Fitzroy and will be opening this October on Wednesday the 5th. All are invited to come and marvel over the seriously beautiful, self-reliant ecosystems and are able to purchase their very own air plant or terrarium for your home. You are even able to make a special request to the owners for your very own unique terrarium for your home, but the best thing is each plant is living so yours will always look very different to another's as nature does the work.

And if you're like me or the co-founder of PLANT, you don't need to be a Green Thumb to keep these plants going, which is a big plus! But if you do get really stuck, their FAQ page on their website has all the information and more already written down for you to refer back too.

Very impressive. These arrangements are like the terrariums that were so popular int he seventies but presented much more artistically and more like a true landscape. I checked out their Instagram account. They have some very pretty stuff.
