Make a better world through tree planting
National Tree Day will be happening across Perth on Sunday 28th July.

Community tree planting

Planet Ark and partner Toyota , are calling on all Australians to "get outside and grow". They want to encourage people to help nature by making it part of everyday lives wherever we live or learn or play.

This year there are more ways of participating. Not only can you help at a community planting at your local park or school, but why not organise a personal activity in your backyard with some friends and family.

Planet Ark and event sponsor Toyota, are preparing for a milestone event this year as National Tree Day prepare to plant the 20 millionth seedling since the program began in 1996.

The event will be held at various locations around Perth. Contact your local council for meeting sites or help plant along the railway line through City of Subiaco.
