Dine-in for a 2-course menu at $51 at CUT by a world-renowned chef Wolfgang Puck. Top up another $14 to savor its creative rendition of local desserts such as Kaya "Baked Alaska" and Pandan Ice Cream.



Kaya "Baked Alaska" is inspired by kaya toast local breakfast set which is usually served with a soft-boiled egg and a cup of piping hot coffee or tea. It's a coconut sponge cake filled with pandan gelato and coconut sorbet. It's served with egg-yolk sabayon, dark soy sauce and coffee crumble. Its spiky meringues resemble the roof of the Esplanade!
