Kaya "Baked Alaska" is inspired by kaya toast local breakfast set which is usually served with a soft-boiled egg and a cup of piping hot coffee or tea. It's a coconut sponge cake filled with pandan gelato and coconut sorbet. It's served with egg-yolk sabayon, dark soy sauce and coffee crumble. Its spiky meringues resemble the roof of the Esplanade!

3. Enjoy National Day Dinner Menu at AURA with a backdrop of beautiful skyline in City District
Expect signature dishes with a local twist! The 4-course menu offers Hokkaido Scallop Crudo with Smoked Caviar and Rose Apple, Free Range Chicken Rice Risotto with Truffle, Black Cod with Lobster Laksa or Wagyu Beef Cheek Rendang with Chilli Eggplant for the main course, and Mango Mousse with Coconut Gelato with coffee and tea.
