Their delicious pizza planks are big enough to feed a hungry family army and the buzzing atmosphere in one of their restaurants is distinctly Italian, with people talking over each other whilst feasting on a long table of delicious food.



If you love their pizzas and want to replicate them at home, or, if your partner sucks at home made pizza, Criniti's very own chefs can teach you how to make a great pizza at their Classic Pizza Making Classes. Held at the Manly location from 7 - 8.30pm on the selected dates, the chefs will take you through the origins of pizza-making and explain about the different cooking techniques (including why wood firing is Criniti 's preferred method). Learn how to match different toppings and become an expert in pizza dough rolling, stretching and spinning.



Then, it is time for you to put your knowledge into practice and make your very own wood fired pizza to take home. The best pizza even wins a prize. After all that cooking, you get to relax and unwind while indulging in a 2-metre Criniti's wood fired pizza with a glass of house wine, beer, soft drink or juice with your classmates. The cost of the class is $89pp (plus booking fee) and you can book your spot here for the upcoming classes on Wednesday 14th September and **Wednesday 14th December.
