Kyneton's Winning Wines
Kyneton's Piper Street gastro-tourism precinct is in the news again following the success of three local eateries in the 2017 Gourmet Traveller Wine List Of The Year Awards (Victoria).

LA BONTA and SOURCE DINING (formerly Annie Smithers Bistro) each received a 'two wine glass' out of three status and MIDNIGHT STARLING a 'one wine glass' rating.

No doubt the awards will further promote Piper Street and Kyneton as one of the Macedon Ranges top tourism destinations.

Sommeliers at both LA BONTA and SOURCE DINING agreed that Kyneton was beautifully positioned to access some the regions best wine producers and that the award recognition was a major boost to the areas status as a tourism drawcard.

Two other Macedon Ranges venues also featured in the awards, MACEDON WINE ROOM attaining a 'two wine glass' award and COLENSO of Woodend a 'one wine glass' award.

LA BONTA, SOURCE DINING and MIDNIGHT STARLING are just three of a long-list of establishments which bring 'foodies' and wine lovers to Kyneton in ever increasing numbers.
