Top Australian Wines proudly presents a 'Pinot Noir & Cheese Matching' event at the celebrated Milk the Cow Licensed Fromagerie on Monday 14th September 2015, from 7pm to 10pm.Spend an evening tasting the most original and extraordinary cheeses, expertly paired with the best Pinot Noir wines from around Australia and the World.Each glass will be artfully paired with the absolute best cheese selection Milk the Cow has to offer by a highly skilled cheese-monger (only 4 in Australia). A cheese-monger is the highest and most prestigious position one can have in the cheese world. You'll discover new taste sensations, from cheeses which are distinctly nutty and salty, to others that are sweet, creamy and complex.
